I am a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I also hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I received my PhD degree in psychology from the University of Toronto.
Besides life coaching, I have also worked as a psychotherapist, a neuropsychometrist, and a family social science researcher in the past.
I offer life coaching in both Mandarin and English. I’m originally from China, and have been living in Canada and the US for many years.
I mainly work with women, especially moms, to help them achieve a more fulfilled and balanced life.
To get started, I offer a FREE 45-minute consultation to see if life coaching is the right thing for you. During the free consultation, I will listen to your concerns, offer you a 20-minute sample coaching, and answer any questions regarding coaching.
After the free consultation, if you choose to work together, we would meet weekly in the first a few weeks, and then gradually lower the frequency along the journey. Based on what feels right, we can work out an initial agreement on how long you would like to meet, or keep it open-ended. The duration of coaching may range from a few weeks to more than a year.
Each coaching session is 60 minutes. We can meet via phone, Zoom, Skype, Facetime, or face-to-face if you also live in Minneapolis.
Transition takes time, so I suggest you to take a minimum of 10 coachings. The 10-time bundle costs $900 while the price of a single time coaching is $100. Feel free to email me at [email protected] or call +1-612-532-5642 to arrange a conversation.
If you need to change or cancel a coaching schedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. OR you'll be charged a $15 penalty unless there is a valid excuse.
